WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The IT Delivery Specialist will help lead/manage scrum teams responsible for the delivery of technical solutions within Hallmark's SAP landscape, with a particular emphasis on the Finance and Sales & Distribution functional areas. Technical solutions implemented will range from adding new capabilities to break/fix resolution.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Process: Ensure the smooth running of Agile processes and ceremonies that includes leading team stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Delivery Coordination: Work in a collaborative fashion across various cross functional teams including product owners, IT Service Support teams, product teams and key stakeholders to understand requirements and dependencies, prioritize tasks and align project resources to positively influence delivery outcomes.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and dependencies that might impact project delivery. The ability to proactively address issues and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks is critical to keeping projects on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: By championing and leveraging Agile principles, this will continue to foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling Hallmark Technology to swiftly respond to market demands, deliver value to customers iteratively, and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-paced tech landscape.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technology, engineering, or related role within a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1 year experience collaborating with and leading a team and/or project
  • Experience leading scrum team standups
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, ADO, Trello, etc.) to manage projects effectively

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar credentials are a plus.
  • Member of an agile team that has delivered successful products to business or consumers.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Kanban and Lean principles
  • SAFe knowledge/experience
