What you'll do:

• Gain real-world, project-based work with defined objectives and a goal of receiving an offer upon graduation.
• Supports all functional areas of the Sales and Marketing Division, focusing on Sales.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Technical Services.
• Investigate and evaluate Silgan Containers' customer quality concerns while testing and qualifying new containers and materials.
• Resolve customer inquiries, negotiate, and collaborate with cross-functional resources.
• Meet and network with key business professionals.

We need you to have:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following: Packaging, Engineering, Food Science, or Business Management.
• The ability to work full-time during the summer of 2024 or participate in the 6-month credited summer into fall 2024 internship.
• Be a student in good standing with the school. Sophomore status or higher preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%. Travel will includeboth air and car.
