PAY RANGE: Project Controls Analyst I: $51,200 - $63,700
Project Controls Analyst II: $62,300 - $77,900
Sr Project Controls Analyst: $70,400 - $93,900
Lead Project Controls Analyst: $83,100 - $10,800
Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with additional work hours as required.
Summary of Primary Duties:
Evergy is committed to leading the Responsible Portfolio Transition. Under general direction of the Director Project Management & Controls, the successful candidate in this key role will be responsible for project controls for renewable and conventional generation projects. Evergy's 2024 Triennial Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) called for 3,600 MWs of new wind and solar and 2,445 MWs of new conventional generating assets over the next ten years. The Project Controls Analyst will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for tracking and reporting on scope, cost and schedules. This position primarily partners with the Development Project Managers and Construction Supervisors, for both renewable and conventional generation projects, to assist in completing new generation projects on time and on budget.

Working Conditions:
Office, home and field working conditions. May require work beyond normal hours and occasional overnight travel. Must have a satisfactory work record including excellent attendance.
