WellSky is seeking a Consultant to join our team. Consultants are responsible for the coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software. Ensure project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients to a post-implementation client experience program during the professional services engagement.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist project managers, project teams, and client personnel by taking direction to complete implementation tasks through the lifecycle of the project
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions, supporting the analysis of current software workflows, designs and mapping processes.
• Attend client meetings to understand their business processes and requirements for implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering routine consultation on software customization and configuration
• Provide hands-on training to designated client members, with the support of a senior Consultant, guiding them through the software's functionalities and features to ensure proficiency in utilization.
• Assist in conducting troubleshooting and issue resolution with the guidance of senior Consultants.
• Process tickets submitted by clients for Managed Services configurations and follow contracted requirements

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent troubleshooting, listening, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills
• Strong desire to work in a close team/collaborative setting as well as independently
• Solid ability to manage projects/ tasks that are delivered on time and meet expectations
• Ability to travel 50%

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, MS Office (Visio)
• Experience working with state-level human services programs
