WHAT THIS ROLE IS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

The Plant Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintenance and upgrades to the HBC systems, applications, hardware, and printers. They will support, configure, and code modifications for proprietary applications. The Analyst will also learn applications in order to support, troubleshoot and resolve order flow issues.

The Analyst will be responsible to respond to 24/7 on-call situations to address technology issues. This will also include the ability to flex work hours for occasional need for system support and maintenance on weekends or 2nd/3rd shift.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

The Plant Systems Analyst will be located at our Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Responsible for the maintenance, upgrades and support for HBC systems, applications, hardware, and printers.

* Support, configure, and code modifications for proprietary applications.

* Implement basic configuration and code changes to existing applications.

* Develop solutions to transform and process data.

* Aid in developing solutions to gather data, write reports, and design charts and graphs.

* Setup FTP jobs for data processing.

* Work production support incidents and requests within ServiceNow. Ensuring change management policies procedures are followed.

* Develop understanding of products and order flow to troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment related issues.

* Ensure all policies and procedures related to SOC2 compliance are followed.

* Responsible to respond to 24/7 on-call situations to address technology issues. This will also include the ability to flex work hours for occasional need for system support and maintenance on weekends or 2nd/3rd shift.

* Learning postal presort software and understanding postal regulations that apply to our business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • HS diploma or GED.
  • Two years' experience troubleshooting software, desktop, and printer related issues.
  • Ability to be physically onsite between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to respond to 24/7 on-call situations to address significant technology issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Two years of experience working with technology and or in a print shop.
  • Strong time management, oral and written communication skills.
